Do you have your own factory?

We have our own factory in harbor city Shenzhen, China. We have an advantage in price and quality control, with over 17 years printing and package experience.

What should I give you if I want to get a RIGHT quotation?

What is the minimum order quantity of the OEM/ODM product?

MOQ: 100pcs

But over 1000pcs, unit price will be way cheaper

How to get samples?

There are 2 sample ways commonly:

A. Old stocked samples: free for you, you only need to afford the delivery cost.

B. Make your own brand sample, charge according to your requirements.

How long will it be shipped?

Sample: 2-5 working days commonly

Mass production: 10-17 working days acordingly

Delivery: by air 3-10 days, by sea/train 35-55 days accordingly

May I know the order process?

1)Quote

2) Price ok, then artwork and sample(pay sample fee)

3) Sample ok, then mass production(pay 50% deposit)

4) Deliver after mass goods finished(pay 50% blance payment)

What is CMYK/ PMS colors?

CMYK color is CYAN, MAGENTA, YELLOW & BLACK colors.

Each color print from a separate plate in layers to create colors, CMYK is also known as four colors. 

 

PMS stands for Pantone Matching system, PMS also known as special colors, 

PMS colors are assigned specific codes for ink mixing. 

Which artwork format do you prefer?

PDF

AI (Adobe Illustrator)

PSD (Photoshop)

What delivery terms do you offer?

We offer EXW/FOB/CIF/CNF/DDU/DDP normally. 

If you have your own cooperated shipping companies, then we can do EXW/FOB Shenzhen.

If you need us to send to goods to your local seaport, then we can do CNF/CIF.

If you wanna an easy work, we offer door to door delivery service, then DDU/DDP.
